In collaboration with the IT Association of The Gambia and Binibii, The Hub is currently hosting 12 trainees for a period of 15 months on the Junior Developer Course. The course is the first of its kind in The Gambia and prepares beneficiaries for jobs in the software development space as Junior Software developers. The Hub is hosting the beneficiaries for a period of 12 months while the final three months will be internship across various software companies in The Gambia. The internship program has commenced and 80% of interns will be retained by their respective institutions. This pilot has proved to be a success and The Hub is proud to have partnered in it.
