Fatim Gaye , part of the participants in the Ye! Agribusiness incubation program is the Founder of Gaye Njorro farms. She produces young seedlings,moringa,mahogany soap and also offers services in compost making.
Gaye Njoro farms, located in Yundum is a small agribusiness enterprise that started operations on 23rd July 2018 and legally registered on 11th June 2019.
Fatim seeks to promote women and youth empowerment. The business provides help to women engaged in horticulture, brief them on how to grow vegetables in different soils and train them on how to make organic compost and bio pesticides which mitigate expenditure on modern fertilizer/. Chemical.
In combating climate change , She also distributes trees to local authorities who seek to embark on tree planting exercises.
Fatim is also engaged in formulating different types of bio pesticides solution (organic solution ) to make different types of compost, sealing poly bags etc. She currently has three female employees.
